Similar to what Tel explained higher than, the conduit squashes in the chase quite snuggly so it stays in place and is easy to acquire a couple concrete screws (wall puppies) in to keep it firmly in.Cable drawn properly with the reel will push down conduit lots easier than kinked and straightened out cable (it by no means appropriately straightens)
